There is no Wi-Fi but I promise you will find a better connection than anywhere!

Experience Bosnia's plateau with Mount Cinar and about 800 wild horses!

The journey

There are moments in nature that etch themselves deep into our hearts – fleeting moments full of freedom, grace, and primal beauty.

This photo tour is dedicated to such encounter:

The world of wild horses.

Wild horses, like few other animals, represent independence and the untamed spirit of nature.

Their life in the wild is characterized by raw beauty, silent survival, and a deep connection to the landscape that surrounds them.

Bosnia's Wildhorses

Let yourself be calm down to a world where

the clocks tick differently – to the rhythm of galloping hooves and the silence between gusts of wind.

Please be at Split Airport by 3 p.m. We will pick you up from there. We will then drive across the border into Bosnia to the town of Livno. We will be staying in a modern villa just outside the city (there are double rooms available). In the evening, we will go grocery shopping in town. There is a large supermarket where you can buy everything you need.

You can pay by credit card or in cash with BAM, the Bosnian currency.

In the evening, we will cook together if desired. Otherwise, you will be self-sufficient. We will coordinate with the group.

Photodays

Depending on the weather conditions, we will travel to the horses with our tour guide at 6 a.m. or 12 p.m. We will stay

for 8 hours each day, weather permitting. If it rains, we can

take a break in the jeep.

The path to the horses is rocky, sometimes steep, and can

hardly be described as a "path." Depending on where we find

the horses, the journey takes  about 1 hour. You will need sturdy shoes and waterproof and possibly warm clothing. We may also have to walk a bit with our photography equipment.
